BALANCED DIET
A balanced diet will include a variety of foods: Fruits,vegetables, grains, dairy and protein. Eating a balanced diet helps one to maintain adequate sleep, nourishes the brain and keeps a mind refreshed.Unless you maintain a proper diet for a healthy body, your body is more prone to disease, infections, fatigue and low performance.

Wish this could be a lesson for us because recently we are engaged in bad eating habits and more into fast foods which brings about more diseases.

ReplyDeleteHealthy diet is way too important ....I wish everyone can try by all means to at least eat healthy twice a day because if ever we say three times some of the people won't survive
