Health and fitness have benefits in our life, we do not only take care of our bodies then we don't benefit. The benefits are as follows:

Active sex life: Being physically active helps to maintain once sexual life. You enjoy better intimate experiences with your partner. 

Secondly, improved productivity: People who take care of their health and fitness report better productivity at work.  And lastly, one may have a better sleep, if you are physically active, you tend to sleep better. Whenever you get sufficient sleep, your body can function well and help you to perform better in work.

    1. Please kindly go and read again, it has been stipulated that if you exercise, obviously you'll sleep well because your body will be exhausted. In fact, the writer clearly wrote that "If you're physically active, you tend to sleep better".
