NUTRITIOUS FOOD
Most people think, in order to stay fit, one must eat less food but that's not true because, not eating correctly reduces one's fitness and lower the immunity. So in this case, nutritious food is the main ingredient to keep the body fit and healthy.
We need to make sure that the food we eat contain vitamins, proteins, carbohydrates and minerals. Protein increases growth in our bodies, carbohydrates provide energy while minerals boost the immune system.Remember the aim is to stay fit and live longerš„°.

Well we gotta make sure that we eat some protein, a fruit and vegetables everyday as a way of keeping our body fit and healthy

ReplyDeleteOur bodies need food to survive and food is everything we consume daily,either for physical and mental health purposes or just for fun.It is true some foods have higher nutrients than others but there's no difference between "good and bad food".Food is food.No matter what you're eating,it is providing nutrients to your body.Nonetheless, people should eat a variety of foods to get all of the nutrients and vitamins that they need.
