MENTAL FITNESS
Mental fitness is defined as a state of well-being and having a positive sense of how we feel, think and act. It means keeping your brain and emotional health in good shape.
The three core mental fitness components are:
1. Emotional: self - acceptance, self-esteem and resilience. This helps a person to manage strong emotions.
2. Physical: reduce the risk of chronic illness developing and improve the health of your brain.
3. Financial: feeling in control of your finances helps reduce stress in your life.
