YOGA AND EXERCISE



To maintain a healthy and fit body, we need to do various yoga, exercise and meditation. Exercise strengthens our muscles, and as a result, the blood circulation becomes smooth and increases the oxygen supply. 
Yoga and meditation relieve fatigue in our body and makes us feel less stressed. Again with the help of medication, we get out of depression.
Yoga, exercise and meditation can be done by both old aged people and children daily for a healthy and fit body.
